Course Overview
The course articulates the principle of infection prevention recommendations in a dental healthcare setting. This certified course provides the dental professionals with the latest clinical update, evidence-based principles, OSHA’s Bloodborne pathogens standard and practices effective in eliminating the risk of spreading harmful pathogens to patients, staff and visitors.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the compliance of infectioncontrol regulations and recommendations of advisory agencies.
  • Differentiate the source transmission of pathogenic organisms in the dental health care setting and strategies for prevention and control.
